Questions, corrections and tool requests all reach the same inbox. This is a one-person site, not a support queue, and every message is read.

Reporting something wrong
Corrections get answered first. Korea changes its rules often — fares, refund thresholds, age law, app features — and a page that was right in spring can be wrong by autumn. Pointing that out is genuinely useful, not a nuisance.
Three things make a correction fast to act on:
- The page URL, since several pages cover overlapping ground.
- What is wrong — the sentence or the number, rather than the general topic.
- Where the right answer comes from, if you have it. A government page, an operator's own site, or a photo of the sign beats a recollection, and it means the fix can go up the same day.
Suggesting a tool
The tools here exist because Korea does something differently from the rest of the world and the usual conversion charts get it wrong. If you have hit a question like that — something where the answer depends on a Korean rule a foreign source would not know — that is worth sending. Describing the situation you were stuck in helps more than naming a tool.
What this inbox is not for
Guest posts, link exchanges, paid placements and sponsored content are declined without exception. Nothing on this site is written in return for payment or links, and keeping it that way is the point.
Response time is a few days. If a reply matters and none has arrived after a week, sending again is fine — mail does occasionally get filtered.
